Terms and Conditions

SPINOLEAGUE 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Spinoleague 2026 (“Spinoleague”), a cross-platform tournament hosted by participating casinos (“Casinos”).

1.2 By participating in the Spinoleague and pressing the “OK” button in the tournament pop-up, each player confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted:

  • these Terms;
  • the rules and information presented within the tournament tool; and
  • any additional tournament-related terms imposed by the Casino hosting the Spinoleague.

1.3 Each Casino undertakes to present these Terms and all related tournament information to its players.

1.4 In the event of any discrepancy:

  • between these Terms and the rules made available in the tournament tool presented in the game, the tournament tool rules shall prevail; and
  • between different language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and General Conditions

2.1 The Spinoleague is available during real-money play only.

2.2 No additional deposits, fees, or costs are required to participate in the Spinoleague.

2.3 Participation is subject to:

  • the player’s jurisdiction;
  • the Casino’s discretion; and
  • all applicable laws and regulations.

2.4 Spinomenal’s entire portfolio of slot games (including new releases) shall participate in the Spinoleague, except for:

  • games listed in the attached exclusion list; and
  • 1 Reel games.

2.5 Each participating player shall receive a unique tournament round ID per currency. Changing currency during the Spinoleague may reset the player’s progress on the Leaderboard.

2.6 In regulation where it’s required by law, players may elect not to participate in the Tournament by pressing the “decline” button.

3. Tournament Structure

3.1 The Spinoleague is divided into multiple rounds in accordance with the Spinoleague schedule attached below.

3.2 Each round has:

  • its own max prize pool, as displayed in the tournament tool; and
  • a defined number of winning positions sharing that prize pool.

3.3 The aggregate maximum prize pool for the entire Spinoleague is EUR 12,000,000.

3.4 At the end of each round, the Leaderboard will reset for the next round.

4. Score Calculation and Points

4.1 Players earn points based on the following formula:

Points = Amount Won / Amount Wagered

Example: if a player wagered 1 EUR and won 10 EUR, the player will be rewarded with 10 points.

4.2 Only finished spins or bets qualify for points and Leaderboard placement.

4.3 Spins played using free spins awarded by the Casino do not qualify for points or Leaderboard placement.

4.4 During Buy Feature / Buy Bonus gameplay:

  • all awarded spins are treated as one bet;
  • the wagered amount is the Buy Feature / Buy Bonus price; and
  • the amount won is the total win from that feature.

4.5 During the Spinoleague, players may participate in promotional activities offered by Spinomenal or Casinos, which may award additional points in accordance with their specific terms.

5. Qualifying Bets and Spin Limits

5.1 Each Spinoleague round shall have a minimum qualifying bet per spin displayed in the tournament tool.

5.2 Some or all of the Spinoleague rounds may have a limit set in the tournament tool on the amount of bets which will count towards a player’s score on the Leaderboard. Any bet placed above this limit will not count toward a player’s score on the Leaderboard.

6. Leaderboard Rules

6.1 A player’s rank will appear on the Leaderboard once the qualifying score shown in the tournament tool has been reached.

6.2 If two or more players finish a round with the same number of points, the player who reached that score first shall be ranked higher.

7. Prizes and Payments

7.1 Prize pool distribution for each round is displayed in the tournament tool.

7.2 All Spinoleague prizes may be paid in money equivalent and are not subject to wagering requirements.

7.3 Prizes for players wagering in cryptocurrencies shall be displayed in EUR and paid by Casinos in accordance with their payment terms.

7.4 Casinos are solely responsible for paying prizes within 96 hours from acceptance of the tournament results provided by Spinomenal, excluding applicable bank holidays.

8. Prize Multiplier Wheel

8.1 After a tournament round has ended, players who are eligible to receive a prize based on the Leaderboard score shall receive an option to play the Prize Multiplier Wheel for a chance to increase their prize.

8.2 The Prize Multiplier Wheel is available only if:

  • the player is eligible for a tournament prize;
  • the feature is accessed within the eligibility window shown to the player (during the 24 hours after the round has ended);
  • it is permitted by applicable law in the player’s jurisdiction; and
  • it has been enabled by the Casino.

8.3 Players who choose to use the Prize Multiplier Wheel shall spin it once to determine whether their prize:

  • is increased;
  • remains unchanged; or
  • is forfeited.

8.4 The outcome is randomly determined at the moment of the spin and is final, irreversible, and non-repeatable.

8.5 If the Prize Multiplier Wheel is not used or is unavailable, the player will receive the original round prize the player was eligible for.

9. Errors, Malfunctions, and Fair Play

9.1 Malfunctions, technical errors, or communication failures may void pays and plays.

9.2 Spinomenal reserves the right to suspend players, disqualify results, or adjust Leaderboard scores where it reasonably suspects unlawful conduct or exploitative gaming.

10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

10.1 Spinomenal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Spinoleague or these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.

10.2 Continued participation following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.3 Spinomenal may stop the Spinoleague indefinitely and without paying prizes where it reasonably believes continuation would cause harm to Spinomenal, players, or the Casinos.

11. Casino Responsibility

11.1 Casinos are solely responsible for:

  • prize payments;
  • player claims related to the Spinoleague; and
  • compliance with local regulatory and consumer-protection obligations.

11.2 Spinomenal cannot detect whether wagers are placed using bonus funds or real money. Any restrictions on bonus funds will be applied to the extent applicable by the Casino.
